Wheatgrass-Nut Balls This recipe is a favorite recipe modified from Nora Gedgaudas’ Primal Body, Primal Mind. This is an excellent book! And these are amazing snacks. Sometimes I eat 3 of these for breakfast along with 1/2 a can of sardines and I am good for hours! These treats are great for fast-oxidizing children who need plenty of good fats! The wheatgrass is an awesome addition as it provides Vitamin K!
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Using two spoons, form into balls and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Enjoy! If you want to transport these, make sure you keep them cold or they will melt!
