Sautéed Kale

From Joyful Cooking in Pursuit of Good Health

8 cups of shredded kale
4 TBS Olive Oil or Ghee
½ tsp of minced garlic

  1. Heat up your skillet and add in the ghee or olive oil. Add optional garlic.
  2. Toss your kale in for about 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
