Chia Breakfast Pudding Chia seeds are truly a superfood. They are packed with trace minerals, omega-3 fats, and protein. This breakfast is a breeze as it also can be assembled the night before! Ridiculously high in antioxidants, chia seeds are also a great (and gentle) source of fiber! Ingredients:
Serve. Serves 2-4 people When I have extra time I soak my cashews for several hours (be sure to discard the soaking water) which makes for an even richer, creamier treat.
